Did not provide quality service and would not issue full refund

We requested a brand for the organization and supplied a mantra advertisement requested the $400 bundle. Logoworks misunderstood the purchase and created the emblem for that mantra. We named and requested them to repair it plus they wouldn't. We required a complete reimbursement they'd not provide it to us. They held $99. An excessive amount of danger with them with no customer support.
