Sunncast No Good Anymore - ISP

Over the last year I have tried to contact Sunncast several times, most recently today. After sending emails to two different email addresses (provided on their website), both were returned as undeliverable due to the user being over quota. How emblematic is that. An Internet service provided who doesn't check his own email? Furthermore, the provided phone number only accepts calls from 9-3, M-F, and then only to set an install date.

I having been trying to contact Sunncast because the Download speeds have continued to drop consistantly over the past two years. Either the provider has placed a governor on his users accounts, or he has oversold his available bandwidth.in either case the net result is the same, poor download speeds.

As soon as I am done here I will begin looking for another provider. Perhaps Ruralnet can provide better service; it certainly can't be any worse.
