I went to the web site and the first screen was to get my zip code. The following screen was personal identity questions such as birthdate and social security number. After I provided these important pieces of information, I got to the next screen that said car loans weren't serviced for my zip code number. I don't think they needed my personal identity information if they did not service my zip code area. Bjross
