I had a problem with MS Office, which was the reason for my contact with omnitech. They guarantee 15 minutes of free support, which according to their site (and chat), solves more than 50% of issues.

After the introduction, Justin, my tech support asked me to confirm the Office suite and version installed on my computer. I told him that it was Office 2007 and it was a trial version. From that point, it was almost 5 minutes before I heard from him again. When I did, he asked if he could have remote access to my computer. He hadn't even asked for what specific issues that I was having with my computer yet. When I told him that I didn't want to give him access yet, and asked if he could just try to help me first, he asked me what my error was. I told him, and then he again insisted that I give him access. At this point, it had been 14 minutes and he didn't do anything to try to help me resolve my issues.
