False advertising of a Stress ease product, Was not able to get complete refund. Products very very cheap

I purchased 3 products from this company. All 3 were made very cheaply. The trackball mouse would not track at all. The optical finger mouse would not track at all. The stress-ease collar was said to be
"Powerful, first quality massage motors like those used in the best massage chairs costing thousands of dollars pulse three ways: up and down, back and forth and around in an elliptical motion."
