My experience one week ago has left me with a painful neck because of a poor massage. I went in feeling great but things changed. It seemed a rather clumsy massage compared to previous ones with other therapists. There was no face cradle on the table - when I said it was very uncomfortable she continued anyway.

So, after returning home in pain, I checked to see if this new owner, Betsy, was a licensed massage therapist in NJ and I could not find her name on the state website.
I will be filing a complaint with the consumer affairs department of NJ.
