No Reimbursement

I bought site development providers from Strike Website Design in December and compensated entirely $300.in January after getting with among their "bill repetitions" I chose to stop the serivce due to the necessity that you need to host together for just one year. It was not disclosed beforehand. Well I had been informed that the reimbursement will require 6 - 2 months (why???) and it isw today May and that I am still awaiting my reimbursement.

What's the problem with this specific organization? Why does it get a few months or even more to reimbursement $300???
