Sold me defective software

Bought 3 games for my Palm TX and none of them work. Purchased via PayPal, and enlisted their help, which resulted in a email from ZingMagic (who is in Germany, I believe), but even though they said they would help, I never heard from them again. Repeated emails to them go unanswered. PayPal says no refund because my purchase is not hard goods.
