I applied for Visa in March and paid my processing fee $1700 at the same time.
I have contacted many time for status. Every time I have same answer as m y application is with Alberta Government and it is delayed because of manual process. They also informed me that, this process will take more than a year. They never gave me any application number. They never informed any rule changes in between this year.
After 1 year 1 month - When I emailed for update, then they responded as my application is rejected because rules are changed for Alberta Government. They told me that Alberta only accepts applications if I have employer offer letter with me.
They denied to return my processing fee. My point here is - My application is not eligible to process with Alberta, so how come they are not return my fee. As per their policy - Processing fee will not be return, if Alberta denies application (reasons might be other than this primary accepting). I asked for curtosey. But they blindly denied to return my fee.
I checked with Alberta Gov. Site - I did not seen any rules changed newly by today or this year.
I am assuming, Protech people already know at the time of filing, my application is not eligible for processing and they wanted to steel money.
They planned and managed very well for 1year 1 month as I noticed that Humanrights @ Alberta has 1year time limitation
Even, I recommended many of my friends, I have no idea they already paid fees or not.
Protech CEO playing with US H1B holders life and money.
Please protect people from these consulting companies. As economy is bad, jobs are losed - many of H1b holders are paying lot's of money to these consulting companies.
I really appreciate, any legal/Government/Media person help to cancel ProtechImmegration Licence and also similar consulting companies who are doing fraud things.
It will be helpful, If my fee is returned.
These consulting companies pays high attorney fees to protect their fraud. Please take some action on this company.
