This company is a Fraud

Like everyone I have read so far, I got ripped off for $3995, paid in two payments for 15 microsites with a guarantee that if they didn't make my money back in a year, I would get my money back 20%. They created my sites after I gave them half of the money, and when I called a few months later asking why they had only generated 2.45 in revenue, I was told that the sites weren't being marketed due to the fact that I had only paid half, so I gave them my credit card information for the second half and for the "hosting fee". Almost a year later, in June I contacted them about my sites because they had only earned 2.75, and I wanted to know when they were going to give me my money back.

At that time their "Quality" rep said she needed to resend me the contract and invoice forms and I needed to sign the "hosting" form, which I did, and 3 or 4 months later, my sites still had not earned any money, so I called and left a message about Scam and Fraud. Jim Ford called me back and said my "year" didn't start until June because I hadn't paid the hosting fee until that date. I told him that they had my CC information from the first day I paid the total in so if there was suppose to be a hosting fee, it was their fault it wasn't paid. It is now April and when I logged into Google Ad Sense, Google had a blank page with a notice that my account had beed disabled due to "invalid activity" on my sites. So I had to go to Gmail to find out what that was all about. Anyway this company is a FRAUD and I intend to find out how to contact the Arizona law enforcement to put these people in jail. I guess I can kiss my money good bye. These people need to be put away for a long time because of what they are doing.
