Modern marketing systems modern marketing systems ripped me off

I signed up with Modern Marketing Systems in December. They ostensibly sign you up with google Adsense to make money whenever a person would go to these websites that Modern Marketing Systems sets up. I paid $1,350.00. We were told all during the sales pitch that if we didn't make 120% during the first year of what we paid we would get a refund. Even got an email with the guarantee in writing in it. Well, a year has come and gone and we made $2.80. I called for my refund today and was told that the guarantee didn't even start being offered until 2008 and that I must have taken it off their website! They just want to give me more Google websites, no refund is due! I told Jim Ford (my contact person) that the transaction when we signed up for this was on tape and has the rep telling me we would get a refund in a year if the sites didn't perform and for him to go back and listen to the tape. He said I wasn't going to get a refund and would only offer me more sites and when I insisted on a refund and that I didn't want more sites, he hung up on me.
