Ripoff, Charged my credit card $69.95, before they should off. I had until 12th July return one CD, is was retuned. Charged my card

I ordered VP word for 2002 pc. Was told that I could keep two and send one back, actually I sent two back that I didn't need. I called VP for a return number which I was given, sent the discs back before 12th July like they said and to this date I have not been refunded the $69.95 and I have call once each month. Last time I called which was 10th October I was told that a credit would be issued within 72hrs, to this date10/17/03 no refund has been issued.
