After ordering this thing through a email scam, I called, requested a refund and returned the product, unopened (at my expense!). A credit has not been issued. Furthermore, they charged me almost $200 for something that was supposed to be my introductory FREE item! After 4 calls we still have NOT received a credit. Beware the Video Professor.
