Doesn't honor signed contracts

We're a registered charity in western Tennessee. We've a closed agreement with Comcast Business Solutions to supply wire & online sites our website in Greeneville, TN. Comcast arrived, interviewed the place, and informed people it'd be not a problem to supply support. Their salesforce offered us a deal, which we closed, also it went to their program. Online sites is crucial to the procedures. Whenever we requested to begin the deploy, Comcast declined, declaring that it had been today "not authorized." Recurring calls and emails towards the salesforce and local building supervisor go unanswered. Calls to Comcast Revenue merely lead to no motion. There's anything to become stated to get a business that will not recognize a signed agreement.
