ICM Websites Fraud

Internet & Web

I would like to receive a refund of the $139 taken from my checking account last week. I read and agreed with your policy about the free three-day trial period. However, when I attempted to complete the application, your system froze and my application disappeared. I thought, "Oh, well." Then later thought, "I really have too many projects going on at this time so that website sales would not be an asset to my life. Thank goodness, the application did not go through." Imagine my surprise when a representative from ICM called me to say, "Congratulations!" I told this gentleman last Saturday evening, April 17th, that I didn't think the application had gone through and that I had decided to cancel this website project. He said "Okay." I thought that was that, until I found that $139 had been taken from my checking account for this. I did not receive an email notification of the completion of the application. There was no final charges page for the website application. I received nothing. And when I called, I found that your company does not answer calls at 7:00 am Pacific Time (as advertised), nor does the phone system allow for leaving messages. I was on hold via a voice prompt system for almost two hours! I watched the clock! In addition, when a live body was reached, I was told that my application was on April 10. I checked my history browser. I accessed that website on April 16 in the early morning, after tax day! I was very dismayed to find that this company has employees who would fraudulently e-misfile applications, just to catch a dissatified customer in the "free three-day trial" clause. Please refund my money. If this cannot be done, I will report this website to the consumer reports for fradulent Internet businesses, and print my story on every blog I can find to keep your company from swindling others.
