Positive experience with G.K. Scott online

My name is Sara and I have never written about a company like this before. I certainly never thought I'd be doing it because I was so HAPPY with my experience. I purchased a Rolex watch from G.K. Scott for my husband's 50th birthday this past November. I needed to get the watch very quickly and ordered it over the phone on a Friday - the watch arrived the very next day, just in time for my husband's celebration. The Rolex watch I had chosen for my husband was beautiful and he wears it everyday.

But this is not why I felt driven to write about my experience with G.K. Scott.

My husband then surprised me with an all gold Rolex watch from G.K. Scott for MY birthday in January. The watch was the most spectacular thing that I had ever owned. I smiled every time I looked down at my wrist... Alas, shortly thereafter, I lost my longtime job because of cutbacks at the clinic where I had worked for the last seven years. I could no longer justify owning the stunning watch. As much as the thought of saying goodbye to my special gift pained me, I called G.K. Scott and explained the situation. Even though the period in which they except returns had ended, they gave me a full refund.

But this is not the reason I am writing this.

Things were tight financially around here for a bit, but then, about a month ago, I got my job back at the clinic! Then, last week I decided to order another Rolex from G.K. Scott. This time it was a much more practical (cheaper - ha ha) Rolex. I new that the watch wasn't as elegant and I worried that I would always think about the other one. Regardless, I chose the cheaper one and knew it was the smart thing to do. The watch arrived yesterday. It's quite beautiful. Along with the watch was a hand written letter from Mr. Parham, the owner of the company. The letter simply stated, "Glad to see that you're back on your feet, Mrs. Martinez". It was just a simple thing but I'll think of that hand written letter every time I look down at my watch and I know that I'll never miss that spectacular all gold Rolex I had parted with months earlier ever again. No, this watch is much more special to me now. So... Thank you
