Connectdomain.com, Worldwidedomains.com I was sold a domaon name and never given full control

I purchased a domain name from siteleader.com and was never given complete access to my domain. My name was listed as the registrant however all email addresses, administrative and technical contacts remained in his name. This would give him the capabilities to take my site offline at any point in time.

Upon further research I have found that this company has done this several more times in the past to several other unsuspecting individual and then hijacked their websites once the site was up and running and generating revenue.
