Gateway peice of junk. Why are they getting away with this?

Gateway computer conned me into buying a new computer for $799.00, when it came it was not the same computer and it cost $1400., The one they sent me is totally obselete, and they wont take it back, I have no money for a lawyer, so i am stuck with this peice of junk, I hate to even look at it!!! Can some one help me?
