Diytrade.com these guys protect the scammers its pathetic

I get scammed out of 6000 from a company posting on diy trade. I ordered 12 packages of clothes, 3 packages arrived and 9 got taken by customs. They claimed to have a 100% refund if the goods are taken by customs well I recived no such refund and was given the run around and treated unfairly. So I tell diy trade about it and they take the scammers side saying "oh he sent us the tracking numbers as proof" what a joke these guys are protecting the scammers and are paid to help them scam people. Total bull. I cant beleive their customer service also. Unreal buyers go elsewhere diy trade sucks and they treat their consumers like crap.
