Unauthorized charges to my bank account

Out of nowhere my bank account was charged $39.95.
This is the company that came up in my bank statement for the charge.

Apparently a. 99 cent trial offer that promised NO strings, NO obligation, NO purchase necessary had VERY fine print, I usually catch the fine print and avoid this kind of deal, but found no instructions or warnings of ANY kind to indicate later charges.

I tried to contact them by the phone number that was on my bank statement, of course no human was available or the office was closed every time.

I tried the e-mail address i found for customer contact, the respose I got was that they had not been able to find a transaction in my name or at my e-mail address so they were not able to refund anything to me because they had no record of the charges... I have record on my bank statement but don't know how to get them to respond further.
