No Product, No response, no phone contact

I ordered a download of Norton that was to be shipped in 24hours. The price was so good I couldn't resist! Thery charged me quickly but no product down load and it's been almost two days. I contacted them through email with no response. They have no phone number! I did this to myself, I do not wish to be their victtim only to get my money back and to let other customers know my experience so they will think twice. I have contacted PayPal which said it will eventually refund me my money (45days) if they do not contact me within 7days. I need the norton program and I want to buy it else where, but I don't want to take the chance of them refusing me a refund somehow and then ending up with two. I feel a little stuck here. Don't buy from a company who does not meet their end of the bargain! Cody, Colorado
