My bank account had been charged for two separate amounts of $97 by The Secret Certificate. I have never been a customer of this company and never knew it existed until I saw an email notifying me of the first charge.

I responded to the email telling them not to charge my account and that I do not wish to have any part of The Secret Certificate. I soon received the other charge which caused me to have to close my bank account.

I recently tried resolving this dispute by contacting them through support@thesecretcertificate.com, but have received no reply. I've looked on their website and searched on google for a phone number, but they seem to have that information unavailable.

I just want my money back.
