Andrey C Hicks of niyr-design.com was hired by myself from a response to a craigslist ad I had to revamp my website. After a great personal interview, I hired him to recreate my website and felt he was even over qualified for the job. We agreed on payment for half the payment to be paid upfront and the other half on completion. I paid him $300 in person up front and agreed to pay the balance upon completion. After weeks have gone by he never produced a website. He would constantly delay his work due to some technical errors. We had a good talk and he agreed to work at my office and promised the site would be done in a few day. Several days went by and he still had nothing for me. I gave him three days to come up with something. He promised me he was refund my money if he did not complete the site in 3 days. 3 days came and went and I didnt not get a phone call or email. I tried numerous times to get my money back and he would email me telling me he would have the money by the end of the week.By weeks end would not answer his phone, email or text messages. I spent weeks trying to get my refund but I think it was his intend to take my money and provide no services. STAY AWAY from Andrey C. Hicks he will rob you and take you kids lunch money. I will continue to try to retrieve my money but I warn everyone to provide services elsewhere.
