Chris Schlegel offered a service on submitting websiite with keywords to Google, Bing, Twitter, Facebook, etc for a fee

Internet & Web

Ifoundithere.com offers services on the internet to get you higher ratings on Google, Bing, (here's there words: "... Once payment is received we will begin the process of extraction/optimization on Google, Bing, Aol, and all the other search engines.) I sent payment and week one passed by, I provided them with a document of keywords to be used (which I had researched and also provided the number of hits each keyword received in the last 30 days), I sent this the same day as payment, nothing from them, week 2 passes by, I contact them, get the response "tech" (Daniel Henry) is working on it and would contact me in the next day or two. I am told that they had sent me an email, I didn't get it, not even in spam folder, it was then forwarded to me, after several attempts, I received it. I was told by tech that Google would contact me to give me optimazation code, NEVER have received this call. Week 3 passes by, I again contact them, same response, tech is working on it. Then I file a complaint with my credit card company, as the next "subscription" payment is coming due and have emailed this company several times and told them I am not happy with their service and they are not doing what they said they would do.

I was told that within 2-3 weeks I should start seeing my results show on the internet. Well, it's week 4, I have cancelled my subscription with them (through credit card company), because it is a virtual purchase the credit card company will not refund money, so I am here to WARN everyone STAY as far away from this company as you can.

I got 4 cities for $89.95 per month; but in reality I gave this company $89.85 to sit on their duff's and scam me out of $89.95. I was smart enough to cancel the subscription fee of $89.95 per month, I wonder how many forget to do that and they keep getting charged for a service that is not provided.

I kept every email between Ifoundithere.com and look forward to my complaint with the BBB.

Opps, almost forgot, they sent me the email with the links to where my website would be placed on their website (http://ifoundithere.com/detail/link-650943.html). Oh yeah and when I clicked on the link, it show's my company, however if you look on the right it shows "User Referenced Notes" which shows other companies in my area. What the heck! Why would I want that next to my advertising?

Biggest line of BULL ever "This is to confirm that we will be putting your company on the Front Page of Google, Bing, Ask.com, and all the major search engines.in a four city deal, with a monthly billing of $89.95 a month. (no contracts) I have started the process of Optimization. As I mentioned our programming technicians will be in contact with you in the next couple of days to go over the Search Term Wording that will constantly keep driving business to your site." They were provided 4 pages of keywords which would be best to use, they used only 1 of those keywords. The other keywords were Georgia, Atlanta, etc, none of which are directly related to my company.

I felt it necessary to place this report as I did my research and didn't find anything negative about this company so I thought that maybe those who might have been taken by these folks in the past/future might not know about RipOff.

Heads up, they will take your money and not provide the service. They do not use keywords they ask for and you provide, they will not get you on Google (I was already there (1st page) and wanted a boost on some of the other search words), Google will not call you, they place your information on their website and that's all you get for $89.95 per month for 4 cities. Let my waste of money be your lesson.
