I paid up front for this download but when I actually got it onto my computer, nothing would open it. It said the file was corrupt and could not be opened. I tried sending it to my blackberry with the same results

I paid up front for the Spy 2010 download for my mobile phone. Once I paid, it sent me and email with a link for the download. Once I downloaded it onto my computer, it said the file was corrupt and could not be opened. No program I had would open this JAR file. I tried sending it to my blackberry with the same results. No program would open it. It is useless to me and I paid almost $70 for nothing.
