Slipshod work, zero tech support, threatening phone calls

From the day I purchased Aknaf software products, I have had nothing but problems. Both with the software and the owner of the products. The owner who claims his name is "Steve" (of course it is not as you can go to BBB to find out the real name of the owner; it is Kal) is totally arrogant and condescending. He cannot understand that the problems with the software are hindering my business and thinks that i must be doing something wrong. He is not helpful in the least and belittles me every single time I call tech suport. Tech support with aknaf software is a joke and you may as well forget receiving any help from these people.

As if the unusable software and snotty customer service weren't bad enough, the issues have deteriorated to him calling my business and leaving threatening messages. He has called with such messages as "give me my money b*h" (though I am up to date on my payments), "answer the f*g phone a*hole", as well as others. We filed a report with the police department since these were all from houston phone numbers, traced back to him. When we called these phone numbers back, they admitted that he had access to their phone. So basically, he is hiding behind his friends phone numbers as if they cannot be found out by law enforcement. Another problem is that he is working (if you can call it that) out of an undisclosed address so no mail can be sent to the company. Neither address on AKNAF website or the BBB website are correct.

I have been trying to get my money back for over 3 months now without success. Of course, a person who will resort to prank calling and threatening me is not likely to return the my money. Kal is the most unprofessional, immature business person we have ever dealt with. I think it is fair to warn the public what they are in for if they decide to make the mistake of buying Aknaf Advantage software.
