I have to pay almost $100 on top of their monthly fees to discontinue my usage

I simply paid $97.40 to finish my account with Vonage. I'm very dissappointed. I've to pay for nearly $100 along with their regular costs to stop my use. This really is crazy, and that I intend to walk out my method to inform family and friends to not use Vonage.
