Ripped me off and bbb, att gen utah doing nothing!

In June Strike Web-design approached me to construct an internet site. Everything was a rest, a fraud and that I fell prey for their fraud. I've published below before, and also have, published in Ripoff.com and complaints.com concerning the questionable business methods of the specific organization. For this day I still don't possess a site that they're holding hostage. They took my company title and not completely delivered my income. BBB and attorney-general in Utah did NOTHING about this. Please PLEASE PLEEEEEEEASE HEEEEEEELP! I'm studying from time to time and maintaining view within the grievances and just how these thieves grab people off... And that I'm tired! No body has been doing nothing to shut them right down to place them from company. Exactly why is it that they're still in business.??? I really donot realize why the BBB and attorney-general in Utah hasn't shut them up completely using the quantity of grievances...?

Please guidance regarding wherever, what and also to who are able to support. Thanks
