Poor customer service. Bad tech help, misleading ads and sales people

Just bought our Hughes Net system.installed last Tuesday. Ready for a heart attack by Saturday. Salesman promised download speeds 15x faster than dial up. What a joke that was. On the phone with them all day on Saturday, no help. I could go and run a mile in the time it took to download some web pages. Not a youtube or movie downloader, so have no idea how we reached our download threshhold limit so quickly. Called today to cancel our service. Paid $485 to have this installed, only getting $200 back. Minus the fedex fees to send this back. Customer service was sorry to see us go and offered one month free service. Yeah, okay. Like I'm going to fall for that one. I consider myself lucky to get out now and only losing $285.
