Selling used perfumes

I'm not guaranteed when the business account claims if they're selling used fragrances or not... However they do offer used containers. I got mine N&g-men fragrance and also the container was wrinkled all over and mainly the push/plunger what-ever that title is had another personis finger-print throughout, and also the container wasn't actually full. I am talking about you are able to tell simply by taking a look at the bottle it's not completely new container. They let me return them without the delivery fee. WOn't but from them.
