Requested an upgraded cord construction to get a Makita belt sander. I got the element # in the guide which read #30 cord construction (assembled wire, plug and cord shield). I received the wire only. I called concerning the shield plus they might deliver it in my experience for price, shipping and minimum purchase charge. The shield itself was under $3. They'd not move about the minimum purchase charge. Excellent customer support? I named Makita straight plus they are delivering the shield.
