Ripoff promises internet business with guaranteed income but doesn't delive

I purchased the silver business package which guarantees income of $45,000 per year for $2200 on January 14. This package is supposed to include commissions $1000 per month on web commercials but haven't received a cent to this day. I also had a friend purchase something from my mall which is also supposed to pay commissions but didn't receive a dime.

When trying to contact the company by both email and phone get no response. I have recently searched and found this website with others that have had the same problems as me. What can we do to put a stop to this fraud and shutdown this company for good.
