Home business ripoff, no return on investment, false advertising

I bought into the moneywayz program six months ago, and havent made a single dime from the program. When I started, I was assigned a "business coach" who was supposed to help me get things started. She advised me that the absolute best way to advertise my business was with TV commercials. She claimed that the commercials generated huge returns for all her clients. So I purchased a TV advertising campaign.

When I got the package (which cost about $2,000), There was a CD with the commercials, and a paper inside telling me that I also had to pay to have these commercials put on the air. When I purchased the package I was under the impression that airtime was included with the ad campaign.

Now I was $2,000 in the hole, and wanted to try and get the money back. So I purchased an airtime package from a company Moneywayz recommended. I purchased one of the most inexpensive packages, which was about $2,200. I watched the commercials, and they are generic clips that look like they were shot with a home video camera, with my business information pasted on the bottom. I could have produced better commercials with my Handycam and a PC. I also sent out hundreds of flyers and postcards at 1-3 dollars apiece.

I haven't received one sale or comission. All told, I am close to $6,000 in the red. I called Moneywayz "customer service" and they just blew me off and said there was nothing they could do. They said I could get a refund of my initial investment of $668 dollars after one year in the business. This business is definitely a scam, so stay far, far away.
