Charges without giving information

I had browsed websites looking for a way to find my sister who was adopted when she was 2. I found this website called findafriend.com, on their site they said that they would not charge my credit card if search results returned no information. I was also told after registering the information I had that a confirmation would be given within 24 to 48 hours. I waited for 72 hours before checking my e-mail (just in case they were busy).
When I checked my e-mail and I have every day since, I have not received one e-mail from them. I have a charge from them on my credit card from them and they refuse to answer my e-mails. I do not have thier phone number or I would be calling them daily. I just wanted to find my sister, I was willing to pay for information but have not even received an e-mail with any information from their website.
