I joined this company and they overcharged my account by $90.-

They received my cancellation on July 23 and I have been fighting with them for the past three weeks to get my money back and no luck so far. The first thing I did when I received their package was call to cancel it. They still charged me for one month use although I never activated the account. According to "Tanya 634" (supervisor) they charged me because I logged on to their website and saw their product. (duh!!!)

Other victims have described the cancellation process in detail so I will not do it again. The costumerservice people (or animals) REFUSE to give their last names, instead they give you an employee number. They should be ashamed of themselves to represent such an awful company. I have spoken so far with "Tanya 634" and "Christopher 646" (he hung the phone up on me) and a few more whose name and number I didn't record. I went on their website today and noticed that they no longer accept new representatives. Is it because they cant' keep up with all the people who want their money back? If I don't get my money back I will take them to court and any other victim who would like to support me is welcome.
