Www.knowledgeablenerd.com, A-Tech Computer Solutions Renewal Scam, Shady Computer Repair Service that keeps charging

I used this computer repair place a year ago 01/12/09 and now one year later they have billed my credit card to renew a membership for their services. I called them the very day it showed up on my credit card account. The only person who Ive been able to talk to (Office Manager) says they will not cancel the charge! On the work order form the back has fine print that she says spells out the terms. They did not tell or mention anything to me about this. She says they dont have to tell customers anything about it. Cant believe they are so money hungry and treat customers this way. I feel they tricked me with hidden clauses they got stuck in there. All I wanted was my computer repaired and not to be still paying for it a year later!!! I feel like they are running a very unethical company and she would only give me a PO Box for their address. I guess they are doing this to lot of people as seen other complaints on yellowpages.com. I want the credit card charge refunded.
