Verizon in misc this company is a fraud they try to see if they can get you to pay for something you never order. They say they have your email address and ip address from computer / the have sent you a confirmation

This company is a fraud they are in cohoots with your telephone provider. Make sure you are persistant so they will give you a credit, which will take about 2 billing periods. They claim to have your ip address but let them know you know nothing about it
