I simply acquired an internet purchase from Hot Topic.com. Our child attempted on her fresh earrings and within 3 hours they smashed. (she is 18) I instantly e mailed after which named HT to inquire about an exchange and was informed repeatedly when the bundle was exposed they might not provide an exchange. They smashed within 3 hours for God's benefit. I simply need a brand new set. No speaking with customer support. The same as speaking with a software.
