Angela b. Do not ever order from this company

I placed an order on the 18th of December for various products for my son for a Christmas present. I paid extra for express shipping to make sure it would arrive on time. I paid thru my paypal account almost $150.00. It was shipped to me via UPS and arrived supposedly on the 23rd late in the evening on was dropped off on my front porch with no signature required. I have seen UPS deliver very late in the evenings and drop and run. Long story short, I never got the package. I notified UPS first, and they told me there was nothing that could be done for me with them, the shipper had to take care of this. I called and emailed guitar center and have still not received a refund. They now tell me they are still waiting for UPS and I must be patient. The worst part is they tell me it is up to UPS to require a signature. This is a lie for sure. I sell with ebay and I know for sure it is up to the sender at the time they pay for postage to pay extra for a signature. I am insulted and extremely upset by all this. I will never order from this company again, finding out they are this careless and uncaring about their customers. Really sad and they should not be allowed to sell until they learn to take care of their customers.
