Jeffery white fraud site, individual steals money/credit card info/do not purchase anything

Found website via find.com for pricing tvs. Took me to atlanticstores.com, the store website supposedly to purchase electronics at warehouse prices. I purchased a tv and a camera and gave credit card info to purchase. Site looks legitimate as far as I could tell and took me through the whole process and said items would be shipped via ground shipping. Was immediately contacted via email from Jeffery@atlanticstores.com confirming purchase and requesting that I pay via paypal as they were having trouble charging credit card. I responded that he could either process credit card for purchase or cancel transaction. He then responded that the credit card was processed for the purchase and that merchandise would be sent within 5 to 7 business days. This was on January 7. On January 12, I received a call from Best Buy confirming the purchase of a laptop computer to be delivered to a different person and location from the credit card owner/address. That's how I found out about the fraud! Best Buy cancelled the transaction and said the items were to go to New Roads, LA. That was all the information they could give me. I called credit card company and they found that there was another charge, the $1,616.80 that I paid for the tv and camera, one to Buy.com made on the 7th of January. Cancelled card. This GUY'S SITE IS ALL A SHAM! The company is supposedly in San Diego, but the merchandise was to be shipped to a residence in Louisiana.
