Deceptive Recruiting tactics - Software Glitches - erroneous information - over priced warehouse

It's been many years ago When I was lured into an Adam Ginsberg free seminar. They used a very tricky baiting tactic. Now I don't remember the exact amounts paid but the figures I post here will likely be very close. They start off with a very mechanized and appealing presention (approx) $2500 will get you started with all you need and a full refund if not satisfied in 3 days.

I pay the money, go to the training classes then by the 4th day it is presented that the first package is only a starter and is not complete, in order to get access to all of the web tools I must pay another (approx) $2500. Oh what a sinking feeling since I was unemployed. They plan it this way on purpose. I made an investment 4 days ago, now it's too late to get my money back, if I don't spend more more money I wasted the first installment so I decided that I had to make this work so I spent more money. I spent day and night for a month working a specific program of a software that did not work. Finally I got into Adam Ginsberg's "Private warehouse" which was a lie, the warehouse was not his. He was making money on an affiliation warehouse that was way over priced and had many very serious inventory issues. It was crap. I hit a wall. This was the only program I wanted to work from the very start as I did not have anymore money to do any of the other things and monthy charges kept accumulating.

Regardless of my persistance they would not refund my money. Before I even went to the Adam Ginsberg seminar I searched Adam Ginsberg scam and the entirety of the internet was clear of anything negetive. After my experience I assumed Ginsberg had a team working to clear the internet of negative feedback and he does. I posted comments online before and was contacted by an agent who actually accused me of lying, very upset I told him to check my file and constant complaints, still not impressed he thought I was not applying myself yet I assured him I put my heart and soul into it but I was dealing with defective software and an over priced warehouse. For example a particular gas grill listed on ebay was something like $95 then the Adam Ginsberg's warehouse was selling at my price the exact same item for $95 so I asked the assistant, How am I going to compete on ebay when My price is exactly my competitors sell price? That is a profit potential of zero dollars.

He instructed me with the most popular high sale items, I incresed them to the suggested price, did exactly as instructed on multiple listings and none sold then ebay charges me about $35. WOW! I am operating at a loss, I can't do that when I am unemployed and have bills to pay. I did not have the money to risk with ebay real estate. The fact is maybe there are aspects of Ginsberg's training that can bring in the profits but a person needs probably $50,000 to launch it or a lot of luck, I had neither. There will probably be a reply here from a Ginsberg watch dog. He likely will do what he is paid in an attempt to discredit my experience as being truthful. The figures above are likely not right on but I remember being somewhere around $5000 in the hole from the very get go. I have been confronted with a Ginsberg associate before who told me Adam Ginsberg does not run seminars like that as he has assisted Adam in his seminars & he said Adam was in Denver then & told him Adam was only there for the introduction or the original sales pitch, after that he was not there and I assured him that the people they hired did indeed run the Seminar exactly the way I described & I wanted to send in a hidden camera to prove it. He then offered me to get back in the program but I would have to start up the monthly charge again.

I suppose my message to all is virtually all seminars are bait & trap. Never will you be presented with the full deal up front, that is just common practice in the seminar industry, it's immoral and wrong. This is my experience, I will write about it the rest of my life and my motivator is the fact they did not refund my $5000 for a specific program that was faulty and fraudulent by design
