2. Their Techsupport Dept. Is inefficient, unqualified, inexperienced, useless, time wasting, etc., etc. Etc.

3. Their continuous everyday marketing on DirecTV about how exactly excellent their support is just suckers more individuals into purchasing their support which simply makes the issue worse.
