Charged credit card, but did not deliver bulb

I ordered a projector bulb from company on 3Jul09. They charged my credit card that day. Two weeks later I emailed them that it hadn't shown up. They answered "shipment coming through Mexico—held up by swine flu virus." A month later I emailed again. Response "Vender reshipping." In October I emailed them again. I got no response this time. I also filed complaint with BBB Atlanta. BBB Atlanta sent email to Projector Lamp Express asking them to repond. They gave them 30 days. At the end of 30 days, the BBB said that's it, our obligation has been met. No bulb, no refund, no assistance. Seek legal advice. It's not worth the trouble. I guess that's how these internet fraud companies get away with it. I learned a good lesson. $250 worth.
