Projector lamp center charge me for lamp, but they never shipped it

I ordered on March 21st 2008 a lamp for my sharp projector. I paid an extra 20 bucks for 2nd day shipping. They removed my money from my bank account within a day or two, but have not shipped the bulb.
I have emailed and called many times. I never get a response to emails, and the phone calls all result in their representives saying the same thing "we dropped the ball on this one, but I will follow up and we will get it out today."
During both the first and third phone call the representative hung up on me. Please do not buy from this company.
