Also Charged my Credit Card Without Approval and Did Not Deliver Code or Site

Beware of using http//www.lmdesigning.com. I have filed a complaint with the BBB, submitted a grievance with the LA Attorney General's office, and now reviewing LA's process to file for a court date. Here is my experience:

In early I contracted LM Designing to design and complete a website since Lisa Munoz, owner, guaranteed that my site would be delivered by Feb 29. If a setback were to occur, she was given 2 additional weeks as cushion, not to exceed 6 weeks maximum per the contract. After the initial deposit was made and the deadline for the completion of the website passed, LM Designing never returned my calls. When I called Lisa to see if we could find a solution to have a finalized product, her employees (Janell and Uriah and others) said they did not know anything about my website and that they were not authorized to transfer my calls to Lisa for a solution or reimbursement. Many emails and telephone calls went unanswered. After repeated attempts in vain to communicate with Lisa (in vain), I contacted my credit card company to file a dispute. At about the same time, I was hit with a second (albeit unauthorized) charge against my credit card by LM Designing.

Although LMDesigning was unresponsive and did not provide a finalized product as agreed, I was flexible enough to keep calling and emailing to see if there was a way to have my website finalized. A significant amount of money was lost, a website was never delivered, and although a complaint was filed with the BBB, Lisa has not returned any calls.in the end, I had my site completed by another website development company. They reviewed my site's home page that Lisa had published to her server (that was used to show what work had been completed) and what they indicated to me was that the site was only a shell/template and that no site even existed. That proved to me that LM Designing had simply been unable to develop my site and had ignored me rather than confess that their skills were limited.

As a result of my experience, I would not recommend anyone use http://www.lmdesigning.com for work. I would also like my money returned.
