Computertraining.com canceled, closed school wit out any warning or hopes of any refunds

I am more like was a student at the Computertraining. Edu Newark, DE campus. I spent all my savings and some on this school. School closed its doors with out any warning what so ever. Should have know something was up when about 3 weeks ago we received an email (OF COURSE NO PHONE CALLS WHAT A BUNCH OF COWARDS TO PUT IT NICELY) that said they were closing that campus AFTER my class was finished and said it would not affect our completion at all. They got rid of all the office people at that time said nothing in class about it. Got an email from some guy in Chicago saying he was going to be our new job placement person. I feel SCAMMED and very disappointed about this whole situation. Had a feeling it was a SCAM from the first visit, after her whole speel making everyone fill out a student loan form and trying to get cosigners. Calling everyother day to see if I was seriously interested in the program. I know that back in october when I signed up they had to know they were about to go under. Well any way guess I need to contact the state dept. Of ed to see what kind of refunds I will get if any. Was really looking forward to changing my life for the better with a new career.
