Charged hidden unauthorized fee for services not ordered

Signed up for earthlink 7 years ago for my business with automatic debit by credit card. (no one should ever do this)
Past 2 years, unknown to me, earthlink started to charge me $4.95 a month for a service i knew nothing about. This went on 2 years and was undetected by my bookkeeper since it was an automatic debit.
Called today and am trying to get a credit for 2 years of $4.95 a month in fees. They refused.
I then complained about execessive monthly fees for service given that gmail charges nothing for 7GB of storage.
Company is unresponsive and I am cancelling my account. Filing complaint here and with my bank for unauthorized charges.
