The company claims to sell 100% authentic Australian Ugg boots but their merchandise is fake!

I placed an order for what I thought was 100% Authentic Ugg boots (since that was what Madboots site alleged). After fifteen minutes I tried to cancel my order and sent the company's email several requests to which they never responded. They managed to take my money within minutes but for some reason could not respond to my email or requests through their Live Chat option. Everytime I would tell them I had no use for fake Ugg boots they would respond, "Thank you for your enquery, bye". After three weeks I finally received the merchandise. It was beyond low quality! The tread at the bottom of the boot was wrong as was the placement of the Ugg tag. The lining was extremely thin, the toe was too sharp and had no shape whatsoever. The heal was not cuffed and the material is falling apart. I am irate at the fact that I made numerous attempts to cancel the order and this company blatantly did not respond. I feel that I have been defrauded since both their website and their Live Chat told me they were 100% Authentic Australian Ugg boots. I have already filed a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission and do not recommend doing business with this company.
