Be aware of this company!

I ordered a Blackberry phone on 12/16 and paid for my purchase via paypal. I was charged immediately and as it is indicated on the thriftycomputer.com website I expected to receive my phone in two-tree days.

It's been two weeks now!

When I contacted the customer service somebody named Louis Callmonn, I guess he is the only one customer service representative there, told me that my order had been shipped and the tracking number had been sent to me. Well... Two days later. I have not received my tracking number. I contacted this guy Louis again and I was told this time that they oversold their blackberries. How is this problem? Why would he lie to me in first place? This is ridiculous. I have never had such a terrible customer service before. If they were out of stock, they should have indicated this in first place. That was my husband's Christmas present. I have wasted so much time! I asked for a refund but I am really worried that I won't get my money back. Be aware of them!!!
