Unbeaten Values - Kelly Peterson Failed to ship product or to refund money

This company was offering discount computers. I ordered a Dell D600 and the computer never arrived. Every time I would ask about the order, Kelly would give me some excuse about how they were swamped and the product was backordered or needed to be tested first, etc...

Finally after several months I told them to forget it and just to refund the money. LIke typical scammers they tried to talk me out of the refund, saying that I had waited so long and the product was just about to ship.

Soon afterword I began demanding a refund and the excuses came again. Problems with paypal, the refund is being processed, etc... Eventually I was told explicitly that a check had been mailed to me, which of course it never had. The site is down now, but Kelly Peterson may be operating under a new front.
